Ø We gladly arrange tailor-made departures, subject to the availability of space.
Ø Each departure is guaranteed from a minimum of 2 confirmed guests and operates with a maximum of 8 guests per safari.
Ø Includes: accommodation on a sharing basis, all meals, drinks (except premium brands), national park fees, laundry (except River Club & Lunga), activities and all internal charters as specified in the detailed itinerary.
Ø Excludes: flights (other than specified in the detailed safari itinerary), flight taxes (US$25.00 per person payable on departure for international flights and U$8.00 per person payable on departure for internal flights), visas, compulsory insurance, all relevant entry and departure government taxes, all personal purchases (including curios, spirit liquors, telephone calls etc.), gratuities, optional extra activities and all pre and post safari tours, meals and accommodation.
Ø Age Limits – Children 12 years and over are welcome on all scheduled departures. For groups with children under 12, a private tailor-made safari will be created on request and based on a different cost. Guests over the age of 75 will have to provide a certified medical certificate of full health.
Ø We reserve the right, due to situations beyond our control, to substitute a lodge or location with another of comparable quality. This will be advised timeously.
Ø If a guest is willing to share (pertaining to the Great Zambia Journey only) and can be matched with another guest of the same gender, the single supplement will be waivered. However, if there is no suitable match, the single supplement surcharge will apply. No triple rooms are accepted.
Ø Please note that all scheduled Exploration safaris operate with a minimum of 2 guests. In the event of all other bookings on the Exploration cancelling or there being only a single guest booked, the booking will convert to an FIT package, which will in all likelihood be subject to a higher price.
Ø Please ensure that Explorations Safaris are published at the recommended selling prices either in print or electronic media. Failure to respect this condition will result in withdrawal of commission.
