Oak lined avenues and breathtaking mountain views mark this fertile valley, one of the oldest suburbs of the Cape. Outside	There are wonderful outside areas all around the house. There is a small lawned garden and sunny patio in the front with a 6-seater table and magnificent mountain views. The timber pool deck incorporates a 6 x 3m black pool and adjoining "opium den" furnished with long, low benches, bright jewel coloured cushions and a chandelier. Kettle barbecue and outside shower.
