CAMPS BAY AREA
This chic area is famous for its azure bay, long white sandy beach (the longest in central Cape Town) lined with tall palm trees, and the adjacent promenade with its lively eateries and pavement cafes. Our upmarket townhouses are generally located near the beachfront, while our vacation villas and rental homes are found on the land that slopes up towards the mountain range behind, interspersed with natural forest and mountain streams.
CLIFTON
The exquisite cove beaches of Clifton, with calm turquoise waters lapping onto pure white sand, are wonderfully warm and still. The virtually guaranteed perfect weather makes it a favorite spot for evening sundowners and candlelit picnics. There is no hotel accommodation in Clifton, the most exclusive of all areas in Cape Town, which makes our beach cottages and apartments unique for visitors.
CAPE TOWN VILLAS
Backed by the sheer granite face of Table Mountain, this sophisticated and cosmopolitan area is set high above the city of Cape Town and Table Bay beyond. It encompasses the historic houses of Oranjezicht, the ornate Victorians villas of Tamboerskloof and the chic modern homes of Higgovale set in leafy gardens. Gracious homes line elegant avenues as they slope steeply down towards the city. Trendy Kloof Street with its pavement cafes, vibey restaurants and great décor shops is an easy stroll and it is a 10 minute drive to the Waterfront, and even less to the famous Camps Bay and Clifton beaches.
CONSTANTIA HOLIDAY HOMES
The beautiful Constantia Valley is steeped in history and blessed with a sunny, temperate climate and lush vegetation. The oak-lined avenues lead to some of the most magnificent homes in the country, many with large established gardens, tennis courts and swimming pools. There is an excellent shopping complex, wonderful restaurants (many of exceptional quality affiliated to one of the wonderful wine estates), an international sports center, craft markets and over 15km of scenic walks through large tracts of green belt which allow hikers, joggers and horse riders to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Constantia is only 20 minute's drive from the Cape Town city center.
GREEN POINT SELF CATERING
Urban, trendy, buzzing with life, this urban residential area is situated on the lower slopes of Signal Hill with great views of the metropolis below and the the great Atlantic Ocean beyond. The main strip is a continuous ribbon of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, jazz cafes and delicatessens, though the beat doens't extend through to the residential area above it all.
The view is continually changing, with passing yachts and shipping vessels on their way to and from the harbor. The night views are particularly spectacular, with the myriad of fairy lights at your feet. The Waterfront is part of your playground, should you choose to rent a self catering villa or rental apartment is this area.
LLANDUDNO BEACH HOMES
Private and uncommercialised, yet just 10 minutes drive from Camps Bay along a magnificent sweep of coast road lies the exclusive area of Llandudno. No shops, no bars, no restaurants - just a steep hillside sheltering splendid villas and one of the best beaches in South Africa.
The long cove bounded by giant granite boulders, pure white sand, turquoise water and great surf makes for pure paradise.
A
dventure-loving naturalists should take the wildly beautiful path through the Sandy Bay nature reserve to Cape Town's only nudist beach. This totally secluded cove beach, backed by huge dunes and raw mountainside is quite exquisite and well worth the walk. Live dangerously - a naked plunge into the cool, clear Atlantic is an experience to be savored forever!
HOUT BAY HOUSES
Hout Bay provides the most diverse scenery of all the areas in Cape Town. At one end untouched indigenous forest spills over the mountain pass into the Constantia valley, at the other you'll find a deep blue bay encircled by mountain peaks. Sailing, fishing, windsurfing, body-boarding, dog-walking, sunset-admiring are just some of the activities that the crescent beach and protected bay provide. If you follow the winding tree-lined road toward Constantia the excellent community shopping area with its art galleries, African craft shops and local produce gives way to fertile farmland with horses grazing lush riverine grass, vineyards and forest. All this, just 10 minutes drive from Camps Bay and 20 minutes from Cape Town city centre
